What is 8.5 CGPA in percentage?

What is 9.0 CGPA in percentage?
CBSE ×9.5 scale: 85.5%. VTU/offset scale: (9.0 − 0.75) × 10 = 82.5%.
What's a good CGPA?
Above 8.5 is strong, above 9.0 is excellent. For IIT/NIT campus placements, most recruiters filter at 7.5–8+; for competitive higher studies abroad, 8.5+ CGPA roughly corresponds to a 3.5+ GPA on the US 4.0 scale.
Is CGPA the same as GPA or SGPA?

Does my university's exact formula matter for job applications?
